The works on the reconstruction of the boiler room of the Pavlodar locomotive-repair plant. Instead of expensive low quality fuel oil a boiler room will run on waste coal grade B-3 (fraction 0-25). The project used a number of interesting solutions in terms of boiler room performance and ecology.
